The Parish Council owns the land of the recreation ground together with the agricultural field to the west of the recreation ground.
The plot includes the land on which the Community Hall and play area stand and the associated car park.
The Hall and the land on which it stands was leased to the Netley Marsh Community Hall Management Committee in August 1986 at a peppercorn rent.
